How to File a Complaint

Lumbee River Christian College is committed to resolving student concerns fairly. If a concern cannot be resolved through the college directly, students have the right to escalate their complaint to the appropriate state authority. This page explains where to go and how to reach them.

The UNC System Office

The State Authorization Unit of the University of North Carolina System Office is the official state entity to receive complaints concerning post-secondary institutions authorized to operate in North Carolina. If you are unable to resolve a complaint through the institution's grievance procedures, you can review the Student Complaint Policy (PDF) and submit your complaint using the online complaint form at studentcomplaints.northcarolina.edu/form .
